I made this for the potluck chai party at my place.  Im glad everyone liked it.</p>
<ol>
<li>Green Chutney</li>
<li>Red mix</li>
<li>White bread</li>
<li>Lime</li>
<li>salt to taste</li>
<li>Thinly sliced tomatoes and cucumbers</li>
</ol>
<p>To make the <strong>Green Chutney</strong> you&#8217;ll need -</p>
<ul>
<li>Equal amounts of coriander and mint leaves. I took a handful of both.</li>
<li>Juice of 2 limes</li>
<li>2-3 green chillies</li>
<li>one small onion</li>
<li>1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste</li>
<li>salt to taste</li>
<li>Grind all to a fine mixture</li>
</ul>
<p>For the<strong> Red Mix</strong> -</p>
<ul>
<li>Equal amounts of tomato ketchup and melted cheese or u can use mayo instead of cheese</li>
<li>mix both and set aside</li>
</ul>
<p>Ok now comes the bread</p>
<ol>
<li>Cut the edges of the bread. Also cut it into a triangle.</li>
<li>Apply the green mixture on one side .</li>
<li>Place a thinly sliced tomato and cucumber on it</li>
<li>Apply the red mix on the other slice and keep it on top of the veggies.</li>
<li>you can also add finely chopped lettuce to it.</li>
</ol>
<p>Yummilicious sandwich is ready!</p>
