This is one of my favorite milk shakes.. loves by all in my family!! my kiddos have been eating avocados since both of them were 8 months old and both of them loved it!! Even after coming here i didnt try it for a long time but then one of my American friend gave me the recipe for guacamole and when i tried it it was yummmmyyy!!!! Then i tried the milk shake and i loved it.. herez how i prepare the milk shake.. i just love the nutty taste!

2 cups whole milk
1 avocado deseeded
3 tbsp sugar

Blend everything together in a juice mixer and add ice if u want it cold! yummmmm
